Aggiornamento sul progetto New Life: Al 15 gennaio, sono presenti in Damanhur 32 cittadini “temporanei”, mentre sulla base dei dati attuali gli arrivi attesi entro l’estate sono circa 150.

Ancora una sentenza del Tribunale di Ivrea
Il Tribunale di Ivrea ha emesso, il 28 gennaio, la sentenza relativa ad una causa di lavoro intrapresa da una ex damanhuriana, Raffaella Ginepro, contro la Federazione Damanhur e contro Oberto Airaudi, Falco.
La donna chiedeva il pagamento delle proprie presunte spettanze dal 1983 al 2007, sostenendo di avere per tutto quel periodo lavorato alle dipendenze di Falco e della Federazione, quantificando la sua richiesta in circa € 500.000,00.
Al termine del dibattimento, il Giudice, Dottoressa Sonia Mancini, ha respinto ogni richiesta nei confronti di Falco, confermando la sua estraneità nella conduzione diretta della Federazione.
Il Giudice ha riconosciuto l’esistenza di un rapporto lavorativo solo dal 1996 al 2007 ritenendo però che la Ginepro fosse stata già adeguatamente paid during his stay in Damanhur ...
