conduce il
gregge al pascolo
vecchiaia e morte
sospingono gli esseri viventi.
Dhammapada strofa 135
of confusion, our heart is deprived of the sap of vitality.
From the day we are born we proceeded towards death. At
contrary to what we expect, when we open heart and mind to
this truth of things as they are, we do not get depressed, we are liberated
rather from having to lie to ourselves. We already know what awaits us and
takes energy to continue to deny it. The Buddha taught that
behind the veils of illusion is the deathless.
know means no longer being dragged.
